Shipping Policy

All items sold by Flagging Rights are printed on demand. Please allow up to 3 working days from the date your order is placed for production and dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

 

Delivery Options and Charges

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Please note that the delivery timeframes stated above are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.


Order Processing

All items are made to order and printed based on your purchase. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days of being placed. During busy periods or promotional events, this timeframe may be extended.
If your order includes multiple items, they will be dispatched together unless otherwise stated (for example, if an item is a pre-order).

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Delays and Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking link and follow the Royal Mail guidance on locating your delivery (including checking with neighbours or local delivery offices).

If you are unable to resolve the issue through Royal Mail, please contact us at orders@flaggingrights.co.uk with your order number and tracking details. We will liaise with Royal Mail to investigate and reach a resolution.
Please allow sufficient time for Royal Mail’s investigation process to be completed before a replacement or refund can be issued.


Public Holidays and Weekends

Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Royal Mail also does not operate delivery or collection services on UK public holidays, which may result in additional delivery delays during these periods.


Delivery Address and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, risk and title in the goods pass to the customer.
