What type of football items do you offer?

Currently, we sell t-shirts. We’re looking to add hoodies, sweatshirts and hats to our range very soon. If there’s something specific you’d like, get in touch!

Do you sell official or licensed merch?

No, Flagging Rights is its own independent brand. Our designs are inspired by football culture, clubs, and fans, but we don’t sell official or licensed team products

Are your t-shirts unisex or do you have separate fits for men, women and kids?

Our fits are currently unisex to keep Flagging Rights inclusive and sustainable. We’re looking into adding women’s and kids’ fits as we grow

How often do you release new designs or collections?

We’re always working on new designs behind the scenes, including collections inspired by clubs we haven’t featured yet. Got an idea for a design? Drop us a line!

What materials are your shirts made from?

Our t-shirts are made from 100% organic ring-spun cotton, giving them a soft, smooth, and premium feel. The 180 GSM fabric is pre-washed to prevent shrinkage and offers a medium, true-to-size fit

Is there a size chart?

Our t-shirts are a medium, true-to-size fit. You can view the full size guide on each product page to find your best fit

Do you offer plus sizes?

Our current size range runs from XS–XXL, which accommodates some plus sizes but not all, however we are looking to extend our range in the future.

If you need a specific size or design, get in touch, and we may be able to provide a quote for a custom order

Do you offer discounts or bundles for multiple purchases?

We don’t currently offer discounts or bundle deals, but we do provide free shipping on orders over £50. Sign up to our emails to hear about promotions and seasonal offers

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, we currently only ship within the UK

How long does shipping and delivery take?

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be printed and shipped, as all items are made on demand. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–2 or 3–4 working days, depending on the shipping method selected. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy

Can I track my order?

All of our shipping options are tracked. Once your order has shipped, Royal Mail will send you your tracking information directly

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please follow Royal Mail’s delivery guidance first. If it’s still missing after that, get in touch with us after reading our Shipping Policy for next steps

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our products are printed to order, so please let us know within 24 hours if you’d like to make a change or cancel. It helps us save time, materials, and waste.

If your order has already been printed but hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll can still cancel it to avoid unnecessary shipping and returns costs - reach out to info@flaggingrights.co.uk. Once it’s been shipped, we can’t cancel, but you’re still entitled to return it within 28 days in line with our Returns Policy

How do I make a return?

You can start a return through the self-serve option in your customer account. For full details, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy

Can I exchange for a different item or size?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, please place a new order for the item or size you want and return the original using our the Self Serve Returns Portal in your Customer Account. To avoid sizing issues, check our Size Guide on each product page before ordering

What should I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right whether you'd like a replacement or refund

How should I wash and care for my item?

Wash inside out with similar colours on a cold setting. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. Avoid bleach, and avoid ironing directly on the graphic (iron inside out where possible). Following these steps helps the graphics last for around 50–60 washes

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re considering for the future
