Refund policy

We have a 28-day returns policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Submit a return request on the self-service portal

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to your Customer Account
  2. Log into your account with the email address used for the order, then click continue.
  3. Check your email for a six-digit verification code sent from our store and enter it to log in.
  4. Click "Request return" for the order that you wish to return.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the item(s) that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and, if applicable, add a note for our team.
  7. Click "Request return" to submit your request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Alternatively, you can request a return by contacting us at returns@flaggingrights.co.uk. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning them, so that we can process your request quickly and efficiently.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds
When we process your refund, we will also refund the cost of the original delivery up to the value of our standard delivery service (Royal Mail Tracked 48). If you selected a faster or upgraded delivery option, the difference will not be refunded.

Return postage costs will be covered by us as part of our free returns policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Where items are found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have a legal right to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items should, where possible, be returned with their original tags and packaging to help us process the return efficiently. However, you are not required to return faulty or incorrect items in the original packaging, provided the goods are otherwise in the same condition as received and the fault was not caused by wear, misuse or accidental damage after delivery.

If our inspection shows that the damage or fault occurred after the item was received, or through use inconsistent with reasonable examination, we may decline the return or reduce the refund accordingly.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

UK 14-Day Cancellation Right (Online Orders Only)
For orders placed online, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without giving an explanation. Our 28-day returns policy extends this legal right, meaning you have a total of 28 days from delivery to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging where possible. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
